Cass Sheriff’s Sales.

On the first Tuesday in February next, within the legal hours of sale, before the Court House door in the town of Cassville, the following property will be sold.

One negro boy, Crawford, about seven or eight years old; levied on as the property of William Morriss, to satisfy sundry fi fas—one in favor of Carpenter & Burke, from Cass Superior Court, one in favor of J. W. Hooper & Co., vs. William Morriss and Mary A. P. Morriss—and sundry Justice fi fas in my hands.
