CASS SHERIFF’S SALES.—On the first Tuesday in January next, within the legal hours of sale, before the Court House door in the town of Cassville, the following property will be sold:

..Also, one negro man, Spencer, 45 years old.  Levied on as the property of Thos D. Shelton, to satisfy 2 fi fas from Floyd Superior Court, in favor of Robt. T. McCay and C. H. Smith, vs. said Shelton.

Also, one negro girl, Amanda, 16 years old, of dark complexion. Levied on as the property of Wm. Hardin, deceased, to satisfy a fi fa from Cass Superior Court, in favor of Benj. J. McGinnis, vs. Jas. Milner and M. A. Hardin, Executors of Wm. Hardin, deceased.
