Georgia, Cass County.
Cass Superior Court, Sept. Term, 1857

It appearing to the Court that Philander C. Loveland was the owner of a deed made by Edward A. Brown, former Sheriff of said county, dated August 5th, 1855, for Lot of Land No. 209, in the 21st district and 2d section of said county, which has been lost or mislaid and cannot now be found.
