Cass Mortgage Sheriff’s Sale.
Sold 1st Tuesday in April Next.

Will be sold on the first Tuesday in April next, before the court house door in the town of Cassville, within the usual hours of sale:

A negro girl, name Hagar, about 36 years old, mulatto, first-rate cook and washer; levied on by virtue of a mortgage fi fa, issued from Cass Superior court, in favor of Augustus R. Wright, vs. Edwin R. Hawkins.

To all Persons Concerned.

Notice is hereby given that after publication of this notice for six weeks, application will be made to the Commissioner of Pensions for the issue of a Duplicate of Warrant No. __ act of March 3d, 1855, issued to John Cutcher, late a ___ in Captain ____ company, in Colonel Peek’s regiment, Cherokee disturbances, the same having been lost or stolen from the mails, and a caveat against its location entered in the General Land Office, dated January 7th 1857.
