M. W. Ford vs. Susie Ford
Libel for divorce in Bartow Superior Court, July term, 1884.

It appearing to the court by the return of the sheriff, in the above stated case, that the defendant does not reside in said county; and it further appearing that she does not reside in this state; it is therefore ordered by the court that service be perfected on the defendant by the publication of this order once a month for four months before the next term of this court in the American, a newspaper published in Bartow county, Georgia.
