Libel for Divorce in Bartow Superior Court, January Term 1884

It appearing to the court by return of the sheriff in the above stated case, that the defendant does not reside in said county, and it further appearing that she does not reside in this state; it is therefore ordered by the court that service be perfected on the defendant by the publication of this order once a month for four months before the next term of this court in the Cartersville American, a newspaper published in Bartow county, Georgia.
