A dead white infant was found on the place of Mr. J. R. Henderson, in the edge of a field last Saturday.  It appears that it had been born some two weeks since.  When found the dogs had partially devoured it.  Suspicion rests upon a certain woman as being the mother of the infant.  When the proper developments are made we shall give the facts.  We think the woman ought to be arrested at once.
