A Cartersville Boy
Felix Jackson Chosen to Splendid Position
Vice President and General Manager of the Houston and Brazos Valley Railroad, An Important Line.

The friends in Bartow and Gordon counties of Mr. Felix Jackson will be pleased to learn of his fine success in Texas.  Mr. Jackson is an old Bartow county boy, being the son of the late Mr. Milton Jackson, and was born within a few miles of the city.  He is a cousin of Messrs. George and William Jackson and also Col. Colquitt Finley.  With his mother, Mrs. Emily Jackson, he went to Texas in the early eighties, having moved first to Fairmount in Gordon county.
