Guardian’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in August 1879, before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, within the legal sale hours, a lot of land No. 308, in the 17th District, and third section of said county, containing 40 acres, more or less; sold as the property of E. W., W. Y., E. R., J. I., M. E., M. L., and L. A. Bailey, minors for the purpose of distribution and maintenance of said minors.  Terms cash.

This June 2nd, 1879.
