Geo. W. Oglesby applied to be appointed guardian of “the persons and property of James Woods and Maria Woods, minors under fourteen years of age.”

Guardian’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in January 1879, at the court house door in Cartersville, said county between the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit: The undivided interest of two-thirds in one hundred and sixty acres of land, more or less, said tract being composed of lots Nos. 443, 494, 561 and half lots Nos. 560 and 362 in the 4th district and 3rd section of said county, about one hundred acres of said tract cleared and in cultivation, the balance well timbered.  Said tract well improved.  The said two-thirds interest, undivided, sold as the property of W. P. Hollinshead and Montie Hollinshead, minors, for the purpose of distribution.  Terms of sale cash.
