Guardian’s Sale.

By virtue of and order, from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Ga.,  will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in November next, within the legal hours of sale, the following property to wit: two thirds in a tract of landing containing 150 acres, more or less, lying on the waters of Gum Log creek, in the county of Franklin, said State, adjoining the lands of Yancey White and Sturdy Garner, being the place whereon Sarah Denmon lived.  Sold as the property of Alvin Denmon, G. A. Denman, James P. Denmon, J. H. Denmon, and Nancy E. Denmon, minors, for the purpose of distribution.  Terms of sale, cash.

Guardian’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Georgia, will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in November, 1877, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit: two acres of land in the southeast corner of No. 1032, in the 17th district and 3rd section of said county; also 30 acres of lot No. 959, in the 17th district and 3rd section of said county.  The dividing line to start at the southeast corner of said lot, and run diagonally across said lot and strike the west line, at such point as will make 30 acres.  Sold as the property of Olivia P., Olive E., and Samuel S. Rodgers, minors, for the purpose of paying the debts against the estate of said minors.  Terms of sale, cash.
