Exemption of Personalty Under the Homestead Act. Elizabeth Fountain, Robert L. Fricks ******************** Page 3. A Painful Accident. Mr. H. S. Revils, the sexton of our city cemetery, happened to a serious accident yesterday about noon. He had climbed a chestnut tree and fell from it, breaking his thigh in twain. Drs. Baker and Hamiter were called to his aid, when it was found amputation was necessary near the hip. We deeply sympathize with Mr. Revils. |
