Georgia – Bartow County.

Whereas Robert L. Rogers has applied for guardianship of the person and property of John Rogers and Robert L. Rogers, minors, resident in said county, under fourteen years of age.  This is to cite all persons concerned to be and appear at the next term of the court of ordinary, to be held in this county, and show cause if any they can, why said Robert L. Rogers, should not be appointed guardian of the person and property of said minors.  Witness my hand and official signature, this October 4, 1876.

J. A. Howard, Ordinary
[John and Robert L. Rogers are the children of Robert L. Rogers’ brother, Hosea M. Rogers.]
