Land For Sale.

The undersigned offers for sale 180 acres of Land, lying West of Cartersville 2 ½ miles; 80 acres cleared, the balance well timbered.  The place is comfortably improved, with dwelling, stables, out houses, &c., with a nice young orchard—peaches, apples, etc.
Also a lot of 12 acres of land in the town of Cartersville, well improved; good dwelling, pure free-stone water. Most of the land is well adapted to growing clover and grass.  Located at the North end of Erwin Street.  Any person desiring to purchase is invited to examine the property.
