T. L. Yearwood is in a fair way to recover from his late critical illness.  His friends were to have proposed him for a place in “Atlanta’s battalion of maimed veterans” for Louisville, he having lost his right leg in the battle of Cedar Trees, in the 19th Georgia, under Stonewall Jackson.  Fowler Hembree, 13th S. C., Gregg’s brigade, who lost his right arm in Second Manassas, has just been solicited for and will probably go.
