Was Herbert D. Williams Murdered?

A special to the constitution from Little Rock Wednesday morning told of the finding of the body of a young man about five miles from the city. The body was floating down the river, and when examined it was found that a bullet hole was in the head.

[Long article. His brother in law, Mr. Willingham states “I cannot believe Herbert committed suicide, I have known him since he was a boy, and he had no reason for committing the rash act Looking at it in an impartial light, why should a man cast himself into the river and shoot himself at the same time?”]
