Hunting His Wife.

From the tribune we learn that Jasper Riggins was in Rome last week hunting for his wife and four children.

He lives, says the Tribune, just over the line in Bartow county, and yesterday morning while out in the fields looking over his crops, his wife decamped, carrying with her four children, and all the money about his house.

The husband traced them to Rome where they boarded a C. R. & C. train bound south. No cause is assigned. Riggins is a sober, hard working man according to report, and had no trouble with his wife at all. He says he doesn’t care so much about getting his wife back, but swears he is going to have his children. He is at a loss to understand why his wife left him.
