Guardian’s Sale.
Georgia – Bartow County.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in July 1888, at the court house door at Cartersville, said county between the legal sale hours, the undivided four–fifths interest in lot of land number six hundred and sixty-two, (662), in the 21st district and 2d section of Bartow county, Georgia, containing forty acres more or less.  Twenty acres cleared and in cultivation, balance well timbered.  Etowah river runs through the lot.  Sold as the property of Ira Tumlin, Stephen Tumlin, Mollie Tumlin and Fannie Tumlin, minors, for the purpose of supporting said minors.  Terms cash.  May 22d 1888.
