Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Ga., will be sold on the first Tuesday in December, 1887, before the court house door in said county, between the legal hours of sale, the following property or tract of land known as the Thurmond place: lots and parts of lots of land Nos. one thousand and eighty (1080) lying in the 4th district and 3rd section of said county, also No. one thousand and forty-five (1045), eleven hundred and twenty (1120) and half lot number eleven hundred and thirteen (1113), eleven hundred and sixteen (1116), and five acres of northeast corner of lot number eleven hundred and fifteen (1115), all in the 17th district and third section of said county, about one hundred and twenty acres in cultivation, balance timbered land. Improvements: two frame houses, one house with five rooms, one with two rooms, one blacksmith shop, buggy house, one frame stable, two large frame cribs, two wells of water, one cistern in yard; said parcel of land containing in all 180 acres more or less. Also lots numbers eleven hundred and twenty-one (1121) and eleven hundred and twenty-two (1122), containing in all 80 acres more or less in said district and section, 60 acres more or less in cultivation, balance timbered. Also one town lot in the town of Stilesboro, five (5) acres, more or less, with good dwelling eleven rooms, good well of water, good cistern in yard, one frame stable and crib combined, one kitchen, one buggy house. |
