This indenture made and entered into this the seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixty six, between Wade H. Wofford of the county and State aforesaid of the one part, and Robert L. Rogers of the county and State aforesaid of the other part, witnesseth that the said Wade H. Wofford, for and in consideration of the sum of six thousand six hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Robert L. Rogers his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the fourth district, third section of the County of Bartow and State aforesaid, being lots and parts of lots No. (87) Eighty seven, (88) Eighty Eight, (86) Eighty Six, (58) fifty eight, (130) One hundred and thirty, (205) Two Hundred and five, (277) Two hundred and seventy seven, (60) sixty, and (85) Eighty five.  To have and to hold the said lot and parts of lots of land, together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Robert L. Rogers, his heirs, assigns administrators and Executors aforesaid in fee simple, and the said Wade H. Wofford, for himself, his heirs, Executors and administrators, will warrant and forever defend the right and title to the said bargained lots of land, unto the said Robert L. Rogers, his heirs, assigns against the claims of himself and against the claims of persons whatsoever.  In Witness whereof the said Wade H.
