Wofford under and by virtue of an execution issued from the Superior Court of said county of Bartow in favor of Susan Gaines against Wade H. Wofford; and the said Wm. T. Wofford & D. W. K. Peacock having been the highest bidders for the same, and it being knocked off to them as the purchasers at the sum hereinafter named. Now the said A. M.
