Reel: SHC-083   Friendship Presbyterian Church, Papers

Friendship Cemetery was catalogued by D. Beth Clifton, Amy Clifton, Vera Gaddis and Lois Rayburn.  They recorded other graves in 1983 and 1984.  Paul G. Jones recorded Jones, Stegall, Russell and Miller graves in 1975.

Foreword: Much of this cemetery has been destroyed by weather, vegetation, time and vandals.  The early history of this city and the Presbyterian Church in this area could easily be documented by the lives of those lying on this hill.
